Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Autocomputing, which makes Ethocana©. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Ethocana is an AI workspace that runs on AI models licensed from a third party. Autocomputing builds the workspace, effort levels, tools, memory and account features around those models. Autocomputing did not train the models.
AI output
Replies are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are for reference only. They are not professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
Subscription and billing
Ethocana costs $16 a month, billed in advance by Stripe, and renews each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings ▸ Billing; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Payments aren't refunded for partial months unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while you update your card, then pauses until payment succeeds. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Usage limits
Your subscription includes generous everyday use, measured by the usage meter in the workspace: a 5-hour window, a weekly window and a monthly limit. When a window fills, Ethocana pauses until it reopens and shows when that will be. Ethocana isn't unlimited.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ethocana to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harm or harass people, create malware or attack systems, generate sexual content involving minors, or mislead people into thinking AI output came from a person. Don't resell access, share accounts, scrape or automate the service, or try to get around usage limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own what you put in and, as between you and us, what Ethocana gives back to you. You give us permission to process your content only to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes, including sending it to our AI model provider.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Ethocana available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". Models, features and limits may change; we'll tell you about significant changes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Autocomputing isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
